It was a good work out pulling the kids up this small hill over and over and over again. Colton laughed every ride down then asked for another. It was also a good work out to rake, literally rake, this small hill hours later, looking for my dropped cell phone. Raking. Through the snow. With a rake. To find my cell phone. And not finding it.
Any moment of peace you see in this space is just that - a moment. One that I hold onto with both hands before the chaos rushes back. Peace. That is my hope for this week. Peace.
